At Harmalstore, we focus on fast and reliable local delivery. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Delivery Area

  • We currently deliver only within Jabalpur city.

  • Orders outside Jabalpur are not accepted at this time.

Order Processing & Delivery Timings

  • Orders placed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM will be delivered on the same day, by 9:00 PM or earlier.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM may be delivered:

    • On the same day, if possible, or

    • On the next day, before 3:00 PM.

Payment Method

  • All orders are prepaid only.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Open Box Delivery

  • All orders are delivered using open box delivery.

  • Customers must check the product at the time of delivery before accepting the order.

Delivery Delays

  • While we aim to deliver all orders within the mentioned timelines, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Harmalstore will not be responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Order Confirmation

  • Delivery will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery delays or cancellation.
